A training makes sense for you, if you and your team would like to go deeper into one of the above-mentioned topics. Or you want to expand your skills as a leader or team member. It can make sense to use a mix of workshops and coaching to ensure long-term and sustainable success.
A training makes sense for a group of 2 to 10 people. With more than 10 people I cannot guarantee that each person will get the attention they deserve. If a training for a larger group is desired, I have suitable trainers in my network who can support me.

Through my work as a Design Thinking Trainer, Mindfulness Trainer and Positive Psychology Expert, I am constantly incorporating methods from these areas into all my trainings.
You will experience a mix of reflection and interactive exercises. My aim is to ensure that what you learn fits your situation and increases the probability of achieving sustainable success.
You will find yourself in a pleasant atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to speak openly about issues and where we can laugh together. Because it is well known that those who have fun learn better.

I enjoy working with leaders to develop their leadership skills. In doing so, I know about the special situation of many managers who are often in a dilemma due to expectations from “above” and “below”. My aim is to look together at who you are and who you want to be as a leader and how you can create an atmosphere in which you and your employees enjoy coming to work.
As a coach of Positive Psychology, I enjoy workshops on this topic. Positive Psychology covers various topics. These include strengths, values, meaning, but also topics like emotions and resilience. I offer workshops on each of these topics. But I prefer to discover with you and your team/company which mix is most suitable for you.
Working in a team can be a wonderful experience. Colleagues are often the main reason that helps people to hold out in difficult phases. Good teams discuss openly, are more interested in common successes than in their own, have great trust in each other, have more creative ideas, can address problems and know the strengths of each individual. To get there, I want to help you and your team.
Mindfulness is an increasingly popular subject. Especially in companies. In my Mindfulness Workshops you will learn more about what mindfulness actually is and how you and your team/company can bring more mindfulness into your life. We will discover which methods make sense for you and your situation or the situation in the team. And practical exercises will not be neglected, too =).
